Before Delivery
Where are the goods I ordered?
1. Normal delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
2. Palletised delivery (e.g. Calgary Direct's Start 'N' Go service) takes 5 to 7 working days.
Please Note: If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, we will email you.
3. If after these times you have not received your order, please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre and we will deal with your request as a matter of urgency.
I am having problems with your carrier
If you are experiencing problems with one of the carrier companies we use, please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre and we will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
I want to cancel my order
If you have placed an order, have not yet taken delivery and now wish to cancel that order, please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre and we will contact you to confirm the details.
Billing
I haven't received my invoice
All our invoices are raised manually. Our accounts team will send your invoice by email (as a PDF attachment) within 7 days of dispatch of goods. If after that time you have still not received your invoice please check your email spam folder for an email containing the subject line 'Your CJC Ltd invoice is attached'. If the invoice is not there, please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre and we will re-send your invoice.
I need another copy of my invoice
No problem, just raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre and we will email you another copy.
I would like my invoice sent by post
We will happily send you an invoice by post. Please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre to request this.
I have a billing problem not listed above
Please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre and our accounts team will respond directly.
After Delivery
There are some parts missing
Please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre so we can rectify this and send you the missing parts.
Some of the items I ordered have not been sent

I was promised something FREE, but it has not been delivered with my goods

I need to return unwanted Item(s)
Perhaps you have just changed your mind and want to return the goods to us for a refund. Assuming the product(s) you ordered are not faulty, or damaged, are still in their original packaging and have not been used, we will approve their return subject to our usual Terms and Conditions and so long as you pay the return carriage costs. To arrange this, please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre so we can organise the return for you.

I am having difficulty assembling my new machine
If after having read the manufacturer's Instruction Manual supplied with your new machine, you are still having problems assembling it, please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre so we can help.

All of the machines we sell are supported by a manufacturer's warranty. To make a warranty claim please raise a ticket via our Customer Care Centre.
Servicing
I want to have my machine serviced
We are an internet sales company. We do not service machines ourselves. We can however suggest two service options for you:
1. Refer to MowerPro to find your nearest local service centre.
2. If you are based in North Norfolk, speak to our sister company, Anglia Mowers and they will arrange to service your machine for you.
Accessories
I want to buy some accessories for my machine
